A short term contract starting from 11th March 2019 until 7th July 2019 is now available at Our Lady’s Hospice & Care Services in Harold’s Cross. The successful candidate will be based in the specialist palliative care inpatient unit. Daily duties will include the admission and ongoing care of patients in the inpatient unit, working closely with the multidisciplinary team and under the supervision of the consultant in palliative medicine. There may also be the opportunity to do community visits. This post might be of particular interest to someone considering a career in Palliative Medicine, General Practice, Medical Oncology or Gerontology.
- Full registration in the register of Medical Practitioners maintained by the Medical Council in Ireland
- Full drivers Licence
- Minimum 12 months post full registration experience
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
