The Client Care Coordinator will support the Operations Manager in managing the overall provision of administration services, internal policies, rosters and programs for the area and manage, mentor and coach a team of carers. Assisting with all client and staffing issues and being the first point of contact. The person will support the day to day functions of the office and ensure the highest level of care is delivered to our clients. This person will take responsibility and accountability, possess excellent communication skills and lead the implementation of our strategic vision on a business focus.

What we are looking for:

◾ Strong administration / scheduling experience
◾ Ability to work independently or as part of a team
◾ Have a caring and empathetic nature
◾ Attention to detail and ability to work in fast pace environment◾ Strong IT Administrative and Customer Service skills
◾ Strong communication, negotiation and relationship skills
◾ Full License and Car Owner an advantage
