Administrative Assistant – Grade IV
Nursing Administration Department
Applications are invited for the Permanent position of an Administration Officer – Grade IV in St. Vincent’s Private Hospital.
The post holder must have:
Administration and Secretarial experience (minimum of 3 years)
Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines in a very busy working environment
Ability to understand and process complex information ensuring accurate attention to detail.
Flexibility and adaptability in approach and outlook with a positive approach towards change.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
High degree of computer literacy
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with management, staff, patients, public and outside agencies.
Knowledge of Megahr system
Knowledge of medical terminology
Interest and/or experience in a HR Department
Have a third level qualification of at least diploma standard or have satisfactory experience at the appropriate level.
